Cannot log into duo-account

One problem solved, next one occures^^
When I try to log in with a duo-account, I get a "Username or password incorrect" error. To test it, I created a new duo-account -> same problem. I also tried "Change password" and saved the password in .txt, so username and password are definietly correct, but the problem still exists.
These accounts are:
duo-XVNWCAZ4HSEF1CD
duo-TGFE4BKWSJ4FYPD

You login to this site with the DUO account and then edit the display name in your account page (for that account).... are you trying to login to the accounts portal with the duo account?
