TM 2 PRE-ORDER problem

hey I've made this Topic for only one reason:
IN my country I can only pay TM2 with VISA or MASTERCARD, so this means I can't buy it,

So I want to ask some one to buy it for me (with gift) After I made the money over to his banking account
Maybe some one from the surrounding countrys
