what are your settings ?
i always have some laggs at the rendered videos .. -.-

I render my videos with indeo 5.1 or something like that.
About the graphic settings, i have everything as high as possible, and i shoot with 30fps, 25AA (or 196 i can't remember atm), and motion blur "ON" at "0 secs".

Rest of colours and sharpen corrections, are done with sony vegas.
