signs  
I have downloaded the sign mod for tm2 stadium from maniapark but i cant figure out where to put the rar file to make the new signs show in the editor. Can anyone give me some advice please.

You need to uncompress the rar. Use something like WinRAR or 7zip to do it.
Place the uncompressed files in:
Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Any\Advertisement\
