Are you using ManiaPlanet via Steam? I have this problem also as I am unable to install the title and it's really annoying :(

Yeah, on steam. I guess it's an issue with steam installs?

Yeap, I uninstalled all TM games from steam and downloaded the MP client and reinstalled everything. It works now.
