[FIXED][Track Pages] Cant award or leave comments on new tracks

For tracks with no comments / awards yet I cant see the windows to give comment or award... Im in Firefox, seems new today.

But then when I looked to a track that DID have awards/comments, i still didn't see anything >.>

Aaaaaaaaaaaand I'm having the same problem. Apparently I'm not the only one. In fact there hasn't been one award in the last 6 pages of new tracks.
