I made a Custom Title Pack "Radiate", but how do I upload it onto mania exchange?
(going to upload track only allows for 2mb max track)

You cannot upload Titlepacks here. Maniaexchange is only for tracks and their replays

As far as I know there is no community website dedicated to Titlepacks. Ususally people write posts in the forum.maniaplanet.com and then, after they reach enough installations, they add it to the ingame store.

This is the reason why you cannot create a titlepack for just one map
