I just noticed that the lists look like this now.
Firstly, is it even supposed to look like that or is it a bug?
Secondly, if it's not a bug, why was it changed? It doesn't fit to all the other styles of the page and why is it not on smx?

I don't really like the new lists either, blue links on blue background...

It's initially done to get rid of the ancient page markup cloned from TMX. The style is changed too as an.. experiment. The old window colors (black headers, white header, white content) feel somewhat random, I'd argue .
Obviously, the rest of the site isn't made fit with that yet and these changes haven't been merged into SMX yet. I'm all up for your comments/recommendations regarding it, though.

another css related thing: you can't use smileys on your account page anymore, because the smiley images aren't .png and thefore have a white border (check my account page f.e.)

Well, that's an unfortunate side-effect . Thanks for letting me know, will see how to work around this.
