"Mark all forums as read" should work for all forums and topic  
Hello !

All of you know that there is a button on the forum named "mark all forums as read". It's really usefull but it doesn't work for the topics. And I think it's a bit disturbing to enter the forum and to see all these topic don't already read. It's why I will asked you guys, if it's a great idea to add a button to mark all topics as read.
