Tracks using Ghost Blocks

Tried to play a track and it tells me that some objects are missing. I noticed that it uses Ghost blocks, is this something I need to download, or is it just broken links that the tracks references?

Ghost blocks have nothing to do with missing objects; the track you are looking at is probably using custom objects that aren't embedded in the track file. In order to play it, you'll need to download the same custom objects the track uses.
