How to play a custom map  
I kinda didn't find anything on this, so I'm posting here.
Once imported to F:\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Maps\Downloaded, how can I play the maps?

I've only got 3 options in my main menu available; online play, editor and profile.

Play it through the editor.

EDITOR->LOAD MAP, then select the map.

Click on the validate icon in the bottom right corner and you're away laughing.

It doesn't unfortunately.

Unless you have a replay of that map, then you can play against that replay.

You create your own private server and race on them there. This helps with the whole passworded map thing. :)
