nothing special if you cant use it as default.

ex key 5 = custom camera

I have a theory on this but i don't know if it is possible because i dont know maniascript but i think that a globally triggered block with the camera effect scripts MT block might be able to assign a keystroke to a camera view. this is just a guess because i dont know maniascript very well.
