youtube embedding doesn't work  
When using [youtube][/youtube] the video player doesn't show and it says video is unavailable.

Example:
https://tm.mania-exchange.com/threads/1803?postid=42552
That video is unlisted.

It also doesn't work for public videos, such as here:
https://tm.mania-exchange.com/threads/908?postid=37854
