Restart through maniaplanet, not tm2 launcher.

They should have the old one as an option imo. I'm relatively torn, so would probably switch between the two if they were both options

you must have administrator account with a password is my guess

what it say ? if it just restart try to reinstall tm again

try these E:\Program Files\ManiaPlanet ManiaPlanetUpdater.exe or Updater.exe
