How to integrate Icon to a custom object ?  
Hi,
So, finally managed to create an object from Mesh Modeller...
I now have a Name.Item.gbx file, which works fine in Map Editor (no Mesh nor Shape files, like for downloaded files...).

I now want to add icons to my objects.
Making a screen capture (png) and loading it as Icon in the Object Editor works fine... untill i move the object to another directory (along with its icon) : everything disappear. And it doesn't come back if i move it back where it was, so it's not a relative/absolute reference issue. Something in an hidden config file somewhere, i don't know. Trackamania has a really weird behavior when it comes to directories and custom objects...

So, making it short : is there a way to integrate the icon in a way i can manipulate the object as i want and it doesn't get lost ?

meshmodeler items are bugged it seems
they are not embedded in the file itself for some reason
for the importer we use 128x128/64x64 RGBA *.tga they work fine and cost only 2- 10 kb per icon, i prefer 64, sometimes they cost even less than 2 kb (64 tga is 17kb, but everything in *.map.gbx gets compressed)

ah, too bad.
i wish devs would give these features a little love, it's worth it. Along with proper help files...
Didn't try, but would importer work with gbx files ? Would convert those half baked native files to proper ones...

nah import can only convert fbx, maybe obj and 3ds (i speak for items only)

fbx > gbx
gbx > sth else or gbx wont work, only fbx afaik ^^
