Got the same problem here, it's telling me that I've not linked my account but I have, if I check the portal link at the top of the page and choose MX accounts, the account is linked.

Same here, and until then i can't do anything.
When clicking "Click here to link them" i get a bunch of Visual Studio errors. So something isn't working entirely right.
I wish there was an unlink button so we could retry =) but i guess it's a lot more work.
Hopefully someone can help me out here.

Same problem for me:
"Your Mania Exchange account has not be linked with your ManiaPlanet account. Click here to link them."

And when I click on the link I've got an error:
"Player login already associated with another account."
