I recently found an interesting thing in Mediatracker in Trackmania Turbo, and more specifically it is hidden option, which allows you to add sounds on your map. This is the same option that exists in Maniaplanet.
And now, I made a possibility to allow you to use this option.
There's a different way to allow that. The sound thing is not on the mediatracker segment list, you're able to use it by importing the clip. Initially you will be able to use the sounds from game files.

How to install?
Just simply put the Sound.Clip.Gbx file in Documents/TrackmaniaTurbo/Replays/Clips .

To install them, locate your sound files in Documents/TrackmaniaTurbo/Media/Sounds. If you don't have those folders, create them. Do not forget about letter sizes. Probably you can create locator files for your sound files and make them possible to hear for anyone.
