Here comes my third impressions ( :d )
I love the new way of placing pillars. Or the fact you don't need to place pillars, TM2 places them automatically and what's better, removes them when necessary. There has been only 1 problem with this loss of control: Transition block from RoadMain to Arena doesn't prevent pillar at the arena end of this block, so it's in the middle of road :d
My biggest complaint is darkness of shadows, it just is too dark where's no light.
Block selection is huge this time, but it's still missing some important blocks like slope diagonals and bigger slope curves, not to speak GP road junctions and normal sized loops (yeah they have big and BIG loop pieces and very small bottom part, but not top part). Where are lakes we had in TMUF desert?

Anyway, it beats all of previous enviros. At least in epicness. Even I could make a epic map

Actually, the little delay when you start to turn is annoying me atm..ofc I have to learn to get used to it. Too bad that there is still no solo mode so you cant train sliding or driving properly on easy tracks, you have to join a server where there are maps which are not made for learning. Also the bug, which cant change the shadow level worse than "High" (in the launcher), keeps me from driving lag-free (bad computer >.<), only on resolution 800x600 (normally 1440x900 :o ). I hope that issue will be fixed soon.
But I'm looking forward :)

I really like the game at all.
First of all, the environment looks really awesome, the graphics are also good if you ask me.
Second, the car physics are really lovely and they are really easy to learn.
Third, many really great blocks you can use in the editor
Fouth, Editor using got much easier now (copy + paste, self creating mountains on special building pieces)
Fiths, the menu looks really nice :d

i can sign that 100% - the sliding is great though, especially fun on longer slides through wide curves, can't get used to the steering at all though. rest is fine, tech seems to be quite nice.

first impressions...hmmmm
First of all, i've fun again on TM wich is the mainpoint for me.
The envir. is easy to handle and the car feels really cool while steering, even if it is bugged from time to time by jumps mostly.
The graphics...hm...not bad at all
It's fun to hunt recs. while sliding around like a rabbit on weed.
Sad are the things wich i know allready from the past...
Trackspamming, whining about the amount of awards and some other things too, wich are surely related to the community and not to canyon itself.

The Editor is cool, some parts more would be cool for sure and i would vote to get the copy and paste for keys function back (hopefully it will find it's way back after the release)
Sure it's still beta and that means that bugs/glitches etc. are normal.
The most servers are running smooth and without crashes.

Nice to be back with you all guys...cheers

I like the way the cars slide in this environment.
However...
The MT is acting completely different than what I'm used to and I'm having a hard time with it. -_-

That kinda comes with the territory. People always want to outdo each other, even when they claim they aren't competitive.
