Done. The count is only incremented; unfortunately we can't log who downloaded the file as it's done ingame.

One problem: when I use Install & Play it counts as 2 downloads. (I'm not totally sure of this though)

The Install & Play link sends a command to ManiaPlanet through the maniaplanet:// protocol which then downloads the track, places it into an organised folder (by track author) and then prompts whether or not you'd like to play it.
