i did the rain by doing some simple lines, then motion bluring, gaussian blurring then overlaying it.
im pretty bad at rain lol

If I give 9000 planets now, I have 0 planets next month. Secondly, no one seems to be willing to donate

The thing is not about photoshop power but the quality about the outcome. Looks very nice. Even the ground ripples.
