[MTC] Pantokrator

A fast speedtech for the Dec 11 MTC: Connect the Blocks!

The track features a combination of platform, GP and tunnels in what is either a nuclear plant or the world's most advanced battery farm.

Of course the MTC rules were changed on me so you don't have to drive over all four of those platform blocks after all but perhaps I get bonus points for doing it anyway.
