I meant that in the "I'm actually available" kind of way, but I guess you could go philosophical with that too.
I finally had time to try out the
90 Minute Challenge! The theme of this round was simply to make a course where the start and finish blocks were adjacent. I decided to go Canyon on a whim, and think I did okay considering I never make maps under such strict time conditions. It really was an excercise in mapmaking instincts and prioritization.
The course itself is relatively fast paced, but it's got plenty of drifts. There's even a tube section, which I hope is quite enjoyable. The end got a bit iffy, but with so little time left I couldn't really workshop a better solution. I'm happy with it, but it doesn't feel quite right.
