[MTC] Singularity

This one was fun, since my usual building style very much relies on a lot of the same blocks, especially when decorating.

Yes, I did keep the scenery in the rules as well. Because I built the track before that was changed. That was a bit of a challenge, since my usual scenery style is to make everything have structure, which is kind of hard when you can only use one or two pillars in the entire track.
