[RPG] Morning Wood 2- Harder

This is part 2 to the 1st track Morning Wood. I had some players ask me to make it harder, so I did. I added one additional CP to this one to make it 14 cps. For informational purposes, part 1 took me a little over 15 minutes to run and this one took me almost 40 minutes to run. That was after rage quitting six times and taking 2 days to validate, which I have never done on any of my tracks. The track looks the same as the first one, but just tweaked in some areas. I wanted to list it as an advanced map but since most obstacles require you to be precise with your speed, breaking, and car control, I ended up listing it as an Expert level. Now... I know some of you will run this one and say that it was easy, but for most others, it will be a tough one. I honestly say this one is my toughest map builds since Hard Rock 1 & 2.
