Lost Your Friction [2017 update]

2017 UPDATE:

Hey all. I recently decided to spend a few hours updating this map, as I went back to play it on MP4 and found it to be fairly unplayable. Can't remember if I was making obnoxious design choices or MP4 dramatically changed how the map played. Anyway, I've made a huge number of fixes and QoL changes. I might continue doing this in the future, but we'll see. Have fun!

I've been working on this map on and off for a while, and well, I like it. I think it could've
been more, but I tried. I guess I just find a lot of trouble with making maps in canyon, I dunno.
I have one other Canyon track I may or may not release, but if I don't, pretty don't expect anything
else from me on this environment. I mean, I love it, but it's far too time consuming to build for, with little pay off. For me, at least. My usual style of map requires the car to be more restricted, which is why my maps worked so well on stadium, but it just feels forced canyon. Hopefully Valley
will be better suited to my style. And yes, I could change my style, but I've been building the same kind of tracks for the last 8 years, I don't see the point in changing now.
