Welcome to the Track. Can you become the track?
First off, make sure to download the music, it's 11MB and really makes the track. Please post if the dl is not working.
This track is a homage to the "I Wanna Be The" series of indie games. It is essentially a TrackMania interpretation in the way of a lenghty Platform styled track. There is no blockmixing. The track design and layout is generally obvious, albeit not always intuitive in a typical race sense. There are enough checkpoints that when you reset it won't feel like the end of the world. And believe me, you will reset many times.
Everything in this track has a consistent way for it be driven. That being said there are a number of obstacles that require high precision and/or knowledge on HOW to drive them. I have no problems giving tips if someone asks as this isn't a math problem you have to figure out on your own. Although that can be half the fun at times. I imagine that even the most experienced drivers are going to have some fits in certain sections.
Of note, I have never watched an intro or an outro, and basically don't watch gps unless I can't figure it out myself beforehand. As such, I'm generally allergic to the media tracker but I have put a few helpful touches here and there. Primarily I play this game because I really like the gameplay. This track is made with that in mind and for persons that want difficult, platform gameplay. If you want a challenge, then here it is.
**Warning** Do not downlaod if: you can't use your eyeballs or brain, you are averse to being challenged, you lack any and all problem solving skills, you absolutely need GPS on average tracks, you immediately "---" on tracks you don't get gold on first playthrough, you couldn't make it through the Nadeo Platform campaign, you think doing a uturn is sacrilegious, you get frustrated easily, you are drunk and lack 100% motor skills, you are self-absorved in that you feel you have mastered the game and can't learn anything new or believe anything you can't do first try is because it's luck based, you've only played 8 RoC tracks over 70,000 times in the last 2 years and nothing else, etc... I think you get the drift. (Please don't take this too seriously!)
