As you might have read, lately we announced that ESL will run two Canyon premierships in February and March. In order to give all mappers plenty of time to create their maps (and the testers to test), we've decided to release the maprequest now.

Map testers
Currently we are looking for map testers to help out with selecting the best maps. If you feel that you are a competent map tester, feel free to open up
a support ticket (or contact
TheM directly), saying why you would make good map tester. It is not our goal to restrict access to our competitions for the people who help out as map testers, though every team competing in the ECP may only have
one map tester in its line-up. The names of the map testers will not be made public before the competition, so it's up to them to choose their teams carefully.
In order to keep a fair spirit, all ratings from the map testers will be directly send to the adminteam, who will combine a list of all ratings. This way the chance of the map testers knowing which maps will be used will be reduced, but not ruled out completely. We ask the map testers to keep good sportmanship in their minds and refrain from extensively training the maps before they are released.
This also means that being a map tester is a matter of trust!
