Issues with computed shadows. Spotty and blotchy looking  
When I am creating my map, the shadows are basically off and I base my entire building process on that "feel" and ambience. However when validating and saving the final draft, it forces me to compute shadows that are less than satisfactory and in some cases distracting.

Here are the before and after:












I think you can see the paths much clearer in the before images (the 1st of each pair).

Is there a way to force them off when sharing the maps? Or when I play them locally? What is the process for sharing maps?

I guess you got the answer on Discord. ;) But just to say it here... the answer is to add more lights.
