You dont have permission

If I am not logged in,I get an error webpage that says You dont have permission to access this page. Either when I click Upload track or New post/thread

You shouldnt be able to do that when not logged in. They are doing everything right.
Well, they should redirect to a login page, but...
It's obvious.
