[MOD] Dusty Roads standard sky line

hello mod fans

mod is now in maniapark and finished stage 1 of 2 look of Dusty Roads, stage 2 will come at a later date

hope you's like the new road surface, from the new mini mod Dusty Roads original called "Pikes Peak" by Team SW

When making screens to present the environment or a mod, please do not use any Blur effects.
