This is my entry for the MTC of January 2017 - "Darn those cheap contractors", where the theme was to build a map with a display cost of less than 3500 and at least two crossovers.
Track Update & Bug Notes
I made an update to the track due to there being some issue while releasing the map in the first place: Some objects were lost completely. This sounds like a really bad excuse but it is actually true (see the original validation replay from the archive below): When I validated the map, all of the missing objects were still there, when I saved & uploaded the map, they were suddenly gone.
Here is an archive containing the original map, its validation replay and the MX records (I'm sorry for removing them by updating the map) and the updated map (which shows approximately how it was before saving & uploading):

There are a lot of things missing from this track: An intro, a gps or a proper MX presentation, but this is actually intentional and supposed to be a part of my implementation of this theme
With the theme being "Darn those cheap contractors" I thought that just a limited amount of "coppers" would not actually be what cheap contractors would do - they would probably do just the most important things about a track and leave out everything else that is not a must - said intro, gps and MX presentation (at least the screenshot). So please don't think of those aspects as flaws, but see them as a part of the theme
The track has some more aspects that you might not recognize on the first look: Every transition which uses a building is based off the building with the green roof and the amount and quality of "built", non-nature scenery degrades over time. Those are both meant to be aspects of the cheap contractors style of working as well.
At this point, we come to the title of the map - "ber": It stands for the IATA code of the new airport in Berlin, the capital of Germany where a lot of cheap contractors actually fucked up causing the opening of the airport to be delayed multiple times and more and more flaws being uncovered. This also fits the theme quite well in my opinion so that's what I went with.
So please enjoy this kinda transitional, but not-quite-finished and missing-a-scenery fullspeeder, brought to you by:
