[Speedfun] Shift TM2 AX

My first public release for TM2!

Previously used in the 2014 Speed Fun Cup with a positive response, and what I feel is one of my best tracks so far, Shift AX my first public track for TM2. I slightly modified some parts from the TMUF version to make use of the new blocks in TM2 and make some of the transitions a little bit better.
