And maybe one more thing...this site with this ugly background somehow feels comfortable - not. The whole thing is just too raw and awkward for me. banner should be also updated... Whatever, this is only a last thing I culd mention about MX. But I wont give up coming back from time to time and to see whats up.

All things in good time.

Smth like the MTC or anything else, a special project.

The MTC already includes Stadium here, if Stadium builders wish to participate.

And finally, there will be no excuses when the damned new blocks are coming. They are the only last hope of us^^

Indeed! It will probably serve as a good incentive for many. There are also other reasons people don't make the leap to TM2S though. I played on TMNF PPO yesterday with a guy who simply can't play TM2S because his computer can't handle it. That's probably true of a lot of TMNF players, or at least more than some of us realize.

BUT: to tell the truth, those ones [the new blocks] which I happened to see are completely useless form the mainstream point of view of trackbuilding.

I don't think you can really tell that from a short video in which we don't even see all the new blocks. When Canyon was announced and we saw some short clips from an event and we had the announcement trailer and the teaser trailer.... tons of people said that tech tracks weren't possible with these blocks. They were dead wrong. So, you just don't know how the blocks will be useful until you start playing with them. Consider what SapphiroN had to say about the new blocks. Certainly you'll recognize him as a well established and respected Stadium track builder:

SapphiroN says:
I for one can see it implied in the compact tech genre, having a track built close to the ground you sometimes get a lot of problems getting passed other track sections which seem to be like a brick wall in the way of your current driving path. Getting under that said obstacle would be very much helpful, and allow for maybe even more complex track designs.

Personally, I've always felt that tunnels were the one thing missing from Stadium. The other 7 environments all have tunnels. Stadium really missed out in that area. It will be interesting to see them finally included. It's like finally completing the environment.

This is almost laughable due to how long nadeo blamed it's delays on their efforts to make Maniaplanet the most universally playable

Do people really still play on rigs that have a worse GFX chip than a PS3? BRUH, STEP YO GAME UP.
Source? My 2008 desktop, running on a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo and nVida GTS 8600 stock, asides from 4GB RAM and not much more to mention, CAN run TM2. PS3s run on something similar, I think slightly older on the GFX chip department but similar performance.

Uhm not just that about the lags. Once where a canyon update came I could not do anything with the lags.
I uninstalled and dloaded a brand new installer from player page - solved the problem.

And btw I'm thinking the same, its 2013 already. Even PCs from 2008 already could handle every maniagames on high settings.

Define "lags", since in TM network lag doesn't matter at all.
