Welcome to the ManiaExchange Monthly Track Contest (MTC), March 2016.

In the MTC your task is to build a track on a given theme (see below). Later on, all of the entered tracks will be rated and a winner will be found.


• Theme of the Month: Unusual Multilap 2
  Build a multilapper with at least two different laps. Different in a sense that they must have different routes.
  • You must have at least two laps with a different route.
    
  • If you have a lapcount of 3 or higher, then some laps are allowed to have an identical route, but there must still be 2 different routes overall.
    
  
  
  
• Deadline
  All tracks should be submitted before the end of Sunday 20, March 2016 PDT.
  
  
• Prize
  Honour and the right to brag! (Jozii used to say that. I hope anyone still remembers him? )
  The top 3 winners will receive a showcase of a track of their choice (< 10 awards)
  
  
• General Rules
  • 64x64 basemap is allowed.
    
  • Track-/Laplength below 2min

  • Custom Titlepacks allowed
    
  • No PressForward, PressBackward or press[AnyKey]-maps

• How to submit
  
  • To enter a track, simply upload it and post a link to your submission in the submission thread.
    
  • You can update your map within the deadline as many times as you want.
  
  
• Judging
  We'll use the well well well known public judging system:
  • Everyone is allowed to judge, even players who submitted a map (give your own map a 10)
    
  • Every map will be judged with marks from 1 (bad) to 10 (good).
    
  • Note that you have to judge a stage entirely, you cannot judge only half of it.

I like this theme, maybe I'll do sth.

Does that mean that the only main criteria is that the track is technically a multilap track? So it would theoretically be ok to use any kind of custom cp that makes creating the different routes easier (I guess that would probably only affect Skellborn/Skyslide and me)?

Yes you can submit duo tracks

Yes, the minimal requirement is to have a multilap with two different rounds. That means just an alternative start for round 1 compared to round 2 is enough to have a valid track. But you can go a lot further and for example have two completely different rounds for round 1 and 2.
So be creative in planning your Layout to have some interesting routes

Is the 'below 2mins'-Rule a 'hard' rule, where you directly get disqualified or more of an orientation, which makes 2min 15 sec ok?
(Also i think you choose a good topic this time, there are close to no questions )
