If you have made a video once before, I can guarantee you that it will take you less than 2-3 hours of actual work to do. Also depends on how quick your hardware is and if you have a song already. (y)

erm I attempted to make one with Adobe After effect once and with Windows movie maker... all I know so far: I'm bad with it

Will try to take my time

(dunno if it'll work on youtube, unreleased stuff)

All you need actually is Windows Movie Maker (or Sony Vegas / Adobe Premiere trial will do a better job) and Photoshop/GIMP for the overlays. (y)
