In track comments we have a list of icons at the top right corner of the little comment box. Among those icons is "View comment" and "Report comment". And for moderators there is "Delete comment" and "Edit comment".

For a long time now, a certain number of people click "Report comment" and try to reply to the author of the comment, which of course just sends a message to the moderators. What they should do is scroll to the top of the comments section and click "Comment", but I think instinctively they want to reply to a certain comment, so they go for the icon that seems most logical.

My suggestion:
Add an icon for reply in that row of icons that accompanies each comment.
Or at least add another "Comment" button at the bottom of the comments section.

Either or both of those would probably alleviate the many false reports we receive.

yep, that's definitely an issue and our current developper, Yoshi, already knows about it.
