Anniversary tribute to tragic rally star Colin McRae 15th sept 2007.
so i am going to try make some special events on Legends alive or Dead, but also want to bring yous into this idea, as yous will have a choice of the star and the event theme...
I was to release lastnight but never got time to finish it sorry.

bit more info on the media side, i have found away to cut down on the Rain/Fog/Sounds !
as when i first tried the build it was well over the limit, But now its well under the limit, this
way it will work fine online servers, no need to make 2 tracks now.
