mh this looks weird. Check on the last tab of your graphic settings (before open the game), if car quality is set as "best/good". Then, use 0.01 as motion blur value. 0.001 is way too low imo.

Well, quality of the car isn't the best, but angles are lovely (L). Btw, did you set the anchor on the replay before taking the screen with motion blur ON? Yeah, I tried before to get spinning-wheels, bud didn`t worked, so i chnaged the angle mor...
