In TM2 it's way easier. In the editor when you choose a sign (Advert 1, Advert 2, Sign left, etc.) there is also a button 'Load from url' or something similar. Just click that button, enter the url of your custom sign, and that's it. :)

Along with that you could change "Best of the week" into "Favorites of the week". It would eventually lessen the endless Best of the week discussions and that it's so unfair and a track with 100 awards is not 50 times better than a track with 2 awa...
