I probably wasn't clear. I downloaded the items (Blocks and signs and stuff) to my desktop because I don't know what folder on my PC (Maniaplanet) to put them in. I can't find instruction any where.

Hit F4 or click on the tree icon to switch to items, this will be where any custom blocks and such you download are located. If you use any, remember to make sure that Item Embedding is on in Tools -> Experimental Features.

I downloaded some extra stuff, like bridges, airships, signs and extra blocks to put in the editor but don't know what folder put it all in so they can be used. Would you tell me, please? Thanks :)

I believe the pieces you are looking for are 1-1-6 and 1-1-7. These flip the GP clip orientation. There are alternatives as well, such as leaving an empty ground space between two GP pieces, transitioning to another surface before transitioning back,...
