You should be able to upload your autosave replay.
But yes, you need to break into the top25 on the track in order to upload your replay.
For Nadeo maps, there are a lot of replays uploaded, so it's hard to break into the top25 on the site.

I checked the music on all your maps. Of course Millisecond doesn't have any music.
